WHY was this learning journey created?

Organisational Wellbeing has been rapidly gaining momentum and has gotten on the top of the agenda for companies worldwide in the past years. The concept is not new though. Wellbeing at workplaces has been going through an evolution.

By now most of us know that we need a more systemic approach towards wellbeing. Today we are at a pivotal moment for two main reasons: 1 AI and 2. Human Sustainability. AI is here and it is super exciting as we can become more efficient that could give us back time to spend on our wellbeing. Human Sustainability as a movement is spreading and we need to think beyond the individual to create a mindset for community wellbeing. Especially in an organisational set up this is key for sustainable performance and long-term business success.
